Success Academy, a division of Clockwork Home Services, North America's premier Home Services Company is currently seeking an experienced Trainer to join its office in Sarasota, Florida.  The primary role of the Success Academy Trainer is to provide quality learning outcomes to its Customers in order to grow their bottom line.

Key Responsibilities of This Role Include:

• Delivers quality content and training materials to live and web audiences.
• Translates key content into a variety of mediums including live presentations, video and web-friendly formats.
• Works with Management to analyze training materials for effectiveness.
• Develops training plans and recommendations for building appropriate classroom content while keeping ongoing development a priority. 
• Develops new classroom content for courses including but not limited to course descriptions, workbook notes and corresponding PowerPoint presentations.

Qualified Candidates Will Posses:

• Excellent classroom management and public speaking skills. 
• A minimum of 3 years or experience delivering quality training content. 
• Strong stage presence and image of professional success.
• Ability to travel at least 60% of the time to various locations.
